We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on every product sold on PromptFlow Store. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date — no questions asked.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund, visit paddle.net and look up your order, or reply to your Paddle receipt email. You can also contact us through the site and we'll help you with the request.

What happens after a refund

• Refunds are issued to your original payment method by Paddle.
• Once a refund is completed, your license to the product ends and access to downloads and delivery links is revoked.
• Refunded products must be deleted and may no longer be used.
