These Terms & Conditions are between you and Ali Awais ("the seller", "we", "us"), the operator of PromptFlow Store. By using this site or purchasing any product, you agree to these terms.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
We sell digital products, including ready-to-run application source code, implementations of research papers with code, and developer tools. Each product is delivered digitally after purchase via download links and/or cloud storage links.
Unless stated otherwise, purchases are one-time payments that grant you lifetime access to the product, including free future updates.
Unless a product states otherwise, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use, modify, and build upon the purchased code for your own personal and commercial projects. You may not resell, redistribute, or publicly share the original product files, download links, or your account access.
You must not misuse the service, including:
The seller retains ownership of the service and its intellectual property, including the website, software, documentation, and branding. Research paper implementations remain subject to the licenses of the original papers and datasets where applicable.
All payments, billing, taxes, and refunds are processed by Paddle as Merchant of Record. By purchasing, you also agree to Paddle's Buyer Terms. Our refund terms are described in our Refund Policy.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
We do not guarantee that the service or any product will be uninterrupted or error-free. Products are provided "as is" and we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages (including loss of profits, data, or goodwill). Our aggregate liability is capped at the amount you paid for the product in the 12 months preceding the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury where such limitation is not permitted by law.
We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach of these terms, non-payment or chargeback abuse, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious violations of these terms. On termination, your license to use the products ends and download access may be revoked.
We may update these terms from time to time; the version posted on this page applies from its "last updated" date. Questions about these terms can be sent via the contact options on our site or through Paddle's customer support for order-related inquiries.
